Project Overview

The goal of this project is to refurbish the workshop aisle floors at SCH Electronics (Shanghai). Originally, the floors were ceramic tiles. However, heavy traffic from trailers caused significant damage to the tiles, disrupting normal aisle usage. To address this issue, the Morient Mortar epoxy flooring system was applied for the renovation.

Products Applied

Following a thorough site survey, Morient Mortar technicians -proposed a solution involving solvent-free epoxy self-leveling flooring. This system incorporated several key products: M7310 Solvent-Free Epoxy Primer, M7710 Solvent-Free Epoxy Coating, and M9990 Wear-Resistant PU Top-Coat. The installation process began with the removal of the existing tile flooring, followed by grinding and cleaning of the substrate. Any significant substrate issues were then addressed through re
