Project Overview

On July 20, 2021, Henan Province experienced an unprecedented torrential rainstorm, resulting in significant property damage at the Morient Mortar office in Zhengzhou. Situated in the low-lying area of the eastern district, the office interior was submerged in 1.5 meters of floodwater, saturating the floor for nearly a month. -Remarkably, once the water receded, colleagues discovered the floor remained intact. Following thorough cleaning and waxing, the floor appeared as good as new. The office floor used all Morient Mortar auxiliary materials during its application, including M318 Water-Based Primer, M518 Self-Leveling, and H270 Strengthened Multi-Purpose Flooring Adhesive (HENRY is also a brand under MeiShengYaHeng New Materials Co. Ltd). -Now three years after the rainstorm, the floor remained intact and no signs of deterioration from auxiliary materials were witnessed.
